Is daylight saving time taken into account?
Yes. Times are calculated with your browser's built-in time zone database, so daylight saving shifts are applied automatically for each region and date — including converted times that fall on the other side of a changeover.
How accurate is the clock?
The time zone offsets are exact, but the clock itself reads your device's system time. If your computer's clock is off by a minute, every city shown here will be off by the same minute — the differences between them stay correct.
Is my city list saved?
Yes, in your browser’s local storage on this device only — so your list is still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to a server, and "Reset city list" restores the default cities.
Which time zones can I add?
Major cities are offered by name, and on current browsers you can also search the full IANA time zone list, such as "Pacific/Auckland". On older browsers the search falls back to the built-in city list.
